1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Templates, Courses)
All digital products sold through Maurellan™ are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of instant access and electronic delivery, we are unable to process returns or offer refunds once your purchase has been confirmed and the product has been made accessible.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing. If you have questions about a digital product, feel free to contact us before checkout.
2. Physical Products (Candles, Teas, Merchandise)
Eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

If your request is approved, we will issue either a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the concern.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
3. Sale Items & Limited Editions
All sale, discounted, promotional, and limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstance unless damaged upon delivery.
4. Unauthorized Returns
We do not accept returns without prior approval. If you send a product back without contacting us first, the return may be refused, and no refund or credit will be issued. Returned items may be discarded at our discretion if unclaimed.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been issued.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By purchasing from Maurellan™, you agree to this refund policy and waive the right to file a chargeback unless fraudulent activity has occurred. Any attempt to bypass this policy through your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Shopify, Stripe) may be considered a violation of our terms and will result in revoked access to future products or services.
